Please do not send snap shots of the photos. We will edit the photo to get the best quality etch. You can personalized the frame FREE of charge! Final product will be completed within 7-10 business days when order is placed.

This product is custom etched. Each shadow box frame is unique. Therefore, slight differences in etching appearances may be different from frame to frame.
We do not accept returns or exchanges on our shadow box frames, as they are customized with your photo and/or name. We will send proof prior to making the shadow box frame for approval.
